[Vision2020] Speaking of squirrels

[Carl Westberg]

Lest anyone misconstrue my comments as being in any way anti-squirrel or as 
to suggest they don't have a right to live in peaceful co-existence with the 
non-squirrels among us, rest assured that is not the case.  I find them to 
be most pleasant citizens of our diverse community, if sometimes a little
