World AIDS Day Planning Committee Meeting

Agenda:  2 in attendence

·	World AIDS Day is Monday, December 1st.  Discussion
for events are for the 4, 5, and 6th because of the
Thanksgiving break.

·	World AIDS Day theme-see

·	Update information on World AIDS Day Quilt in
regards to speaking with RPC (Application by end of
May?):  Dependent on when location established.  

·	Update fairground rental information:  Brad is still
attempting to contact.  Anyone who can help please
send Spring an email.  Brad suggested possibly doing a
skate for AIDS at the ice rink.

·	Brochure/Advertising in regards to Spring’s teaser
for World AIDS Day

·	Fundraising brainstorm:  On hold for next meeting.

·	Where to donate raised money and other donations: 
On hold for next meeting.

·	Open:  Brad bought website for use of World AIDS Day
programming.
