[Vision2020] And Now For Something Completely Different!

The gulf islands are in the rain shadow of the olympics and don't get much
more rain than here.  Most houses have 2000 to 3000 gallon storage.  Last
year was very dry and most folks had to give up watering gardens, some had
to share showers.
