has increased 168.5%
* From 1988 to 2003, the inflation rate has been 57.04%
What the liberals are lying about is that Idaho State has cut funding; =

That does not seem too far out of line, given inflation. The Dept of =
Labor
has a nifty inflation calculator at

1989 gives $1476 in 2003. Going the other way, a thousand dollars today =
was
just $677 in 1989. You only need to go back to 1985 to get to the =

170% funding level quoted below.
