[Vision2020] Iraqis head south...

So, according to the news today, Saddam Hussein has sent about a
thousand tanks south from Baghdad towards oncoming U.S. forces ("the 3d
Herd").

Anyone remember the fable of 'Brer Rabbit and the briar patch?

Given that his T-72's are A)under-powered and slow, and 1770's
technology, B)are prone to have the turret pop up into the air like a
"Whack-a-Mole" game if hit with anything larger than a BB, and C)have
about half the accurate range of an American M1A1Abrams, having them
come to play is just what we want, if getting this war over quickly is
our objective.

Unfortunately for the tankers in 3d ID's tank brigade, they probably
won't get to watch any turrets fly up into the air on a column of flame
and diesel smoke, because as soon as the Iraqi armor clears the
suburbs, every airplane in the inventory will take turns turning them
into junk.

Oh well, one cannot have everything.
