Any message that says "Norton and McAffee cannot detect this virus" should 
be viewed with doubt, especially when all you have to do to find the virus 
is look for a specific file name.  Like Norton and McAffee couldn't handle 
that?

These messages also sometimes come with an assurance like, "Microsoft and 
IBM have already confirmed this virus."  So has the Queen of Sheba.  And 
none of them are in the business of "confirming" viruses.

If you deleted the file already, I suspect you can restore it by opening 
your recycle bin, if you haven't empty it in the mean time.
