Well, maybe one of the many Canadian, French, British, or Kuwaiti firms 
which were successful in Kuwait?  It's pretty hard to defend the notion that 
members of our government are not seeking to profit from this war when only 
U.S. firms are permitted to enter the contract awarding process, and one of 
the very first grants goes to Halliburton--which also did very well on 
"rebuilding" Afghanistan contracts.
