NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moscow School

District No. 281, Latah County, has proposed to increase its

summer school class fees from $100 per class to $200 per class

for classes beginning June 2003. The District proposes to impose

a new fee of $150 per month for the new K+ program beginning

the 2003-04 school year. The Board of Trustees will conduct a

public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 63-1311A on the

proposed fees that exceed one hundred five percent (105%) of

the fee charged last year. The hearing will be held within the

Board's regular meeting on March 25, 2003, at 7:30 PM in the

Music Room, Moscow Junior High School, 1410 East D Street

Moscow, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive

public testimony on the proposed fee increase of 100% for

students wanting to take summer school classes and on the

imposition of the new fee for the K+ Program. Both proposed

fees are recommended to make the programs self-supporting.

Citizens are invited to attend and offer testimony at this public

hearing.
