  Please be advised that the next discussion of the proposed Vendor
Ordinance will be held Monday, March 24, 2003, during the City Council
Administrative Committee Meeting.  The purpose of a vendor ordinance is  to
regulate vendors within the City limits, and could include licensing
procedures and fees.

  The City Council would like to invite you to this meeting to gain your
input.  In preparation for this meeting, please take a few moments to review
the attached draft ordinances, keeping in mind these documents are draft
documents.

  We look forward to seeing you at the March 24th, 4:00 p.m. meeting at City
Hall Council Chambers.  Should you have any questions in the interim, please
