[Vision2020] Ten reasons to invade Canada

Yeow, I forgot about drive through liquor stores. Clearly, the "Brew Thru" stores 
of North Carolina qualify for the same treatment. Besides, did not this state 
involve itself in a war against our country? Historical precedence beckons. And 
come to think of it, other rogue states as well? Perhaps we have indeed "met the 
enemy, and he is us."
