1. Approval of Council Minutes of March 3, 2003 - Chris Bainbridge
2. Audit Presentation - Don Palmer
The accompanying Annual Financial report for fiscal year ending
September 30, 2002 will be presented to City Council.
ACTION: Accept City of Moscow Audited Financial Statement for Fiscal
Year Ending September 30, 2002; or take such other action deemed
appropriate.
3. Fire Station #3 - Randy Rice
a. Authorization to Purchase Property
Completion of the agreement to purchase the property will allow
for the closing of the transaction and payment of final fees.
ACTION: Authorize staff to complete the transaction and proceed
with final payment as required; or take such other action deemed
appropriate.
b. Revised Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services
The revised agreement covers the design cost of relocation.
ACTION: Approve the revised agreement for Architectural and
Engineering Services with Castellaw-Kom in the amount of $154,981 and
authorize the Mayor's signature thereon; or take such other action deemed
appropriate.
NOTICE: Individuals attending the meeting who require special assistance to
accommodate physical, hearing, or other impairments, please contact the City
Clerk, at (208) 883-7015, as soon as possible so that arrangements may be
made.
