[Vision2020] U.N. Security Council

Just read an article in this morning's Spokesman about Russia threatening 
vetoing a U.N. resolution authorizing an invasion of Iraq.  While the Bush 
administration takes umbrage at the audacity of other countries to not fall 
in line with it's wishes, is this not the same administration that walked 
away from Europe on the Kyoto Protocol?  The same administration that told 
Russia it was tearing up the ballistic missile treaty?  Perhaps President 
Bush is reaping what he has sowed?
