[Vision2020] Boxing vs. Fighting

You ask some reasonable questions.  However, it isn't clear to me that there 
are any "representatives" of BBC on Vision 2020 (as opposed to members and 
interested persons).  I think looking them up and asking them these 
questions directly (as you did with the Idaho State Assistant Boxing 
Commissioner) would be more straight-forward than posting these questions 
here.  One of the members or interested persons who has posted on this topic 
could doubtless get you the contact information.
