[Vision2020] Tax Code

Dear visionaries,

Gee, that sounds terrible. If it ever happens, I think Mr. Dickison 
*should* look it up. And right away!

In the meantime, lots of people can breathe easier, because moralistic 
posturing is still perfectly legal, as William Bennett could tell us.
