[Vision2020] MSD Pay and Tenure--a reply

Amen!

Mr. Donovan Arnold has really flown off the handle a few times this last
week or so. It has really been quite entertaining. Not that that was what 
was trying to be achieved or anything similar, but just in the logical
course of discussion, he got bent out of shape and became, well, shrill,
and his arguments became weaker as he became louder.
