OK, I'll bite on Ben Twigg's question. I envision Moscow as a city with =
a real feeling of community due both to diversity and kindness on the =
part of residents. Additionally, it would be a community of carefully =
controlled growth and would have carefully crafted policies for living =
in an environmentally sustainable manner. It would be the kind of place =
people would want to live even if they made less money here than =
elsewhere. In order to achieve this, residents would be very aware of =
and involved in the actions of local and state government to ensure =
policies would follow this vision.
