[Vision2020] good read on WMD

SFC Thomas is correct.  The media and Hollywood tend to exaggerate
potentials and possibilities.  This gives birth to paranoia.  Paranoia gives
birth to over-reaction.  Hollywood and the media make their money this way.
It is why people go to fires and/or slow down to view a traffic accident.
