[Vision2020] Vendor Ordinance

The newer copies of the ordinance do look better and less intrusive.  I am
all for the issues of safety and cleanliness but unfair competition?  I
would disagree with that one.   As to attributing this to Ms. Gosset?  I
would have to agree with Mike that this is a bit of a wait.

To Jon Kimberling, thanks for digging this up and sharing what you do know.
It is appreciated.  No slams or tongue in check rejoinders ;-)

I find it interesting though that the newest member of the Council is the
one who takes the time to communicate.  It was the same when dealing with
the nudity ordinance.  IS there a burn out issue here?
