[Vision2020] "Proposal would let schools ban books" (fwd)

Visionaries,
Imagine that--parents having input into the running of
a school their own child attends.
What an outrage!!

Don't all schools have discretion on what sort of
literature they want to allow the taxpayer's money to
be spent on?
If not, they certainly should. 

I can think of all sorts of books that would be unwise
for a school to endorse by allowing them in the
library. I'm sure most school librarians would agree.
