[Vision2020] Bush's reaction to war protests

Essentially, President Bush said "Yeah, whatever" in response to national 
and international protests over the weekend.  His administration in the 
person of Donald Rumsfeld is admitting that, if provoked, Saddam Hussein 
may, among other things, unleash weapons of mass destruction on his own 
people, blaming it on the U.S., and ignite oil fields, resulting in massive 
environmental damage.  Is there something vaguely Dr. Strangeloveian about 
this?
