    On Sunday 2/16/03 MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk
show on KUOI 89.3 FM in Moscow(web-audio on KUOI.org)
will feature the following guests:
    
    --In the first hour (9-10 am) Dave Peckham, of the
African Village Bicycle Project will be in the studio
to discuss his work and travels providing bicycles
from the US to West African villages. Peckham also
arranges workshops to teach bicycle repair in the same
villages.

    --In the second hour(10-11 am) we will finish up
our discussion of Mr. Peckham's work and may have time
for open line discussion.
