[Vision2020] re: liquor liability

I heard someone (I don't recall whom) on television sum it up kinda like
this:

"Sometimes it is a matter of either doing things right or doing the right
thing."

One is defined by law.  The other is defined by a person's ethics as Mr.
Coombs discussed below.
