With PCEI's search for a new home, the community is presented with a
wonderful opportunity. Why not have PCEI take over management of the =
1912
building, and have them run it as a not-for-profit coop of non-profit
entities. The city could not charge PCEI any rent or lease, and not =
have to
spend anything on management or M&O. PCEI could create within the =
building
a COOP of non-profits that would contribute, through some funding =
mechanism,
towards the daily M&O and toward larger non routine projects. (like
re-roofing) =20
