Greetings Visionaires (and Lois) -

I know that you have been patiently waiting by your keyboards for this
opportunity, and we here at "Not On The Palouse, Not Ever" appreciate your
patience.

Not On The Palouse, Not Ever (Update #2) now provides the visitor with the
ability to "sign" the "Not in Our Town" petition or (if they are so
inclined) print a printable version and volunteer some of their gracious
time in collecting signatures/donations.

Update #2 also provides a Comments page where the visitor may express
his/her opinion(s) about the website and/or its purpose (very similar to a
virtual soapbox).
