Mr. Stambler -
It is common knowledge that the University of Idaho was created by amendment
to the Idaho Constitution in 1889.
As I am typing this I am looking at a trust deed (purchased via Ebay)
reflecting sale of a 150-acre lot of land situated in Moscow, Idaho
Territory for the sum of $500.00 to the Carltons on May 23rd, 1873.
I have a couple other documents dated prior to 1889. I figured that this
should be enough, ok?

portion of the Pullman areas) are dependent upon UI for employment.
However, to correct your statement, Moscow was here long before UI.
