[Vision2020] Almon Asbury Lieuallen Park

A few weeks ago, a question was posted to the V2020 list about the condition of
the playground area at Almon Asbury Lieuallen Park (on the hilltop above the
Jack in the Box).
Roger Blanchard, parks director, responds:

> The Council accepted a report on a proposed timetable for playground
> replacement last April.  Friendship Square was the first to be funded.
> Ghormley Park is being requested for 2004.  Lena Whitmore and Almon Asbury
> Lieuallen are next on the list.  Assuming we can fund one park each year,
> AAL could be replaced in 2006.  In the meantime it sounds like we'll need to
> do some work on the surfacing.  Stay tuned.
