This is to inform you that the following people will be boycotted in Moscow when I get back to town. This means a total and utter refusal to assist the following people, or to frequent their businesses in any way: 1) Phil - Cadillac Jack's 2) Doug Wilson and his immediate family 3) Tom Hansen 4) William Steed 5) Dan Carscallen 6) Joan Opyr 7) Diane French 8) all Moscow City Council Members 9) Tony Brown 10) Garrett Cleavenger 11) Palouse Clearwater Environmental Institute 12) Friends of the Clearwater 13) Cam Henshaw - Moscow Police Department 14) Casey Green - MPD officer 15) Americorps 16) Disability Action Center 17) Opportunities Unlimited 18) Bucer's + Greenfield Coffee 19) Otto's Produce 20) Kenworthy Theater 21) Bob Hoffman 22) Dale Courtney 23) Guitar's Friend 24) Bill London 25) First Step Internet - all employees and ownership 26) Moscow Recycling (Latah Sanitation) 27) Latah County Commission - except for Paul Kimmel 28) Valhalla Storage - ownership and immedi!

Eventually, I will demonstrate to you that I am not the mendicant you have made me out to be, but rather, someone who has had an eye on your community as a place to develop new business projects. Many of you will be asked to leave my town, and the police department is going to be revamped and toned down. You on this list had your opportunities to show your worth in a future Moscow of my planning, but you opted to be self-serving instead. The Native Americans were "trespassed" from Moscow only about 130 years ago. When you all find out the kind of cash that is really behind me an!

o be participants of the greater Moscow area. This is my final posting. When I arrive back in Moscow, it will be at the request of several of your citizens, not because I am returning unwanted. I will have cash and clout, and many of you will be "out of luck." Disclaimer: THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE A THREATENING OR HARASSING E-MAIL IN ANY WAY.
