By " . . . opt out of paying for your system" I assume that you mean to refuse 
to pay taxes?  Now there is a novel idea.  We will require only those people 
who use "public systems" to pay for them.  Also, we should not permit students 
of private schools to receive Pell Grants or any other subsidy that is provided 
via taxes.

For the longest time I have felt that "true" Christians believed in helping 
his/her brother/sister, that one hand washes the other.  Apparently I am very 
very mistaken.
