[Vision2020] losing our rights

The Idaho Senate passed the bill (HB 284) that significantly helps
corporate interests take Idaho water and limits public intervention in
that process.  This legislation eliminated the right of the public to
protest water uses that affect "Local Public Interest."
The modestly good news here is that the only Republican in the Senate to
vote against that bill was our Senator Schroeder.  My thanks to him for
valuing the public interest above corporate interest.
