[Vision2020] Hate Crime on the Palouse

I don't think that is jumping too much to any conclusions:

I could see how someone would think that garbage thrown all over a Muslim
center was intentional act of malice.

It certainly is more reasonable then thinking that a naked insane man that
thought he knew kong-fu and just happened to walk by a full garbage can and
decided to dump it out on the drive way. I mean geez, I am sure this is far
more likely then the chance of someone from the Northwest would dislike
Muslims even though we are at war with many of them.

The article did not say that the man dumped the garbage, just that he
happened to be near it (in it, or playing with it), and it seems likely that
he committed the act, nobody saw him do it. Not to mention, it would be
easier for the police to link the two directly rather then investigate the
possibility that someone else did it and the insane man came across it later
and decided to play with the garbage.
