This is a reminder that our monthly program meeting is tomorrow evening.
NOTE THE NEW LOCATATION.  IT WILL BE AT THE OLD POST OFFICE BUILDING ON THE
CORNER OF THIRD AND WASHINGTON STREET.  IT IS GOING TO BE ON THE SECOND
FLOOR COUNSEL CHAMBERS ROOM.

Redbird Canyon; George Hatley, Mr. Appaloosa and Palouse Audubon member.

Earlier this winter, the Redbird Canyon property owned by the Hatley family
was purchased by Idaho Fish and Game.  The 2,860 acre property borders the
north end of the Craig Mountain Wildlife Management Area.  The canyon
property was owned by George Hatley's father Ray and was used for livestock
grazing.  George has agreed to share his knowledge and family's history of
the canyon.  His program will include information on the earlier history of
the property (as an ancestral Nez Perce fishing village); the wildlife that
inhabit the canyon; and the major plant species.

Wednesday, April 18, 7:30pm, OLD POST OFFICE (2nd floor), 3rd and
Washington, Moscow. Everyone is welcome.
