Hour="8">8:00 a.m.</st1:time> this morning, an unknown individual attempted to
make contact with a female <st1:place><st1:PlaceName>Moscow</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType>Junior High School</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> student as she
walked to school.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The student is to
be commended for doing exactly as she has been trained.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>She got away from the situation, came
immediately to the school office, and reported as many details as she could
remember. </FONT></P>

size=3>The incident is currently under investigation by the Moscow Police
Department and the administration of the

size=3>The individual is described as being in his early twenty’s and has a
clean-cut “goatee-style” beard. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>His
hair was described as “orange” and short.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>He was reportedly driving an
older mid-1990’s white short cab pick-up<SPAN class=246112718-17122007> with an
orange stripe</SPAN>, possibly a Chevrolet, with a cab-height canopy.
