[Mjhsteam] [Mhsparents] Send instructions please

Hi Kelly and MJHS/MHS listserve subscribers - The administrator of the
MJHS listserve (computer generated) sends out a status reminder about
every month or so that gives some instructions on how to change the
status and/or delete yourself from the list.  I am not sure about the
MHS Listserve, but I'm guessing it is similar.  Both Listserves are
managed and administrated by the Parent Support Teams of each school.  

 If you don't get a computer generated status reminder email sometime
this summer, please let us know and we will help you change your status.

to everyone.  Might be good to send it out every May so that parents of
graduating

seniors can be removed if they so desire.

school district and was just kept on for this year so I wouldn't miss
anything.  But I guess I better be removed.

	Thanks for having this system in place, it's been a great tool

The graduating class of 2009 will have rehearsal at 9:00 AM sharp at
Beasley this Thursday, the graduates must be in attendance in order to
walk on Friday evening.

Commencement will take place at 7:30 PM this Friday at Beasley Coliseum
on the campus of Washington State University . Graduates need to be
prepared and in place at 6:45. 

This is a community celebration and all are invited and welcome to
attend.
