[Mjhsteam] Book Drive

Calling all MJHS students and parents!  We are going to help start up a school library in Lesotho, Africa. We ─ along with the rest of Moscow School District, the Latah County Library, and community volunteers ─ are gathering pre-school through 4th grade level materials to begin a library collection for a primary school. Types of books we need include picture books, early readers, children's non-fiction and fiction, children's dictionaries and encyclopedias, educational games and flash cards.

 

Between Wed, Feb 4 and Thurs, Feb 12, please bring gently-used children's books that you choose to donate to the African Library Project book drop box at Moscow Junior High School.  After February 12, they will be shipped to a primary school in Lesotho. Learn more about the African Library Project at www.africanlibraryproject.org/.
