[Mjhsteam] 9th grade parent help needed

Traditionally, the parent group provides a reception for all 9th grade students immediately following the end of the year awards assembly. I'm looking for some parents who are willing to help with this and also someone who is willing to be in charge of it. We need parents who can set up during school hours, parents who can help serve, parents who can clean up, and parents to make treats (those can be dropped off anytime that morning).
The assembly is on June 1st.
