This year the parent group is printing a student-family directory of phone numbers and 
addresses to make it 
easier for students and parents to contact each other. We will be printing the directory next 
week. You should 
have received a form at the beginning of the year regarding this. 

You will not be included in the directory unless you filled out a form and checked off the 
"yes" boxes (it is an 
opt in directory rather than and opt out directory). If you did not turn in a form, and do wish 
to be included in 
the directory, e-mail me the following information by this Friday. Only e-mail me the 
information you wish to 
have included in the directory.
Student's name (what they like to be called)
student's grade
Student's phone #
Student's address
Parent name(s)
Parent address and phone # if different than student

NOTE: Please make sure that you just send this information to me, not to the entire list serve!

Also, thank you to all the parents who helped input the information into the computers!
