[Mjhsteam] 9th Grade Final Assembly & Desserts

Hello to everyone,

If you are a parent of a 9th grader and would like to help out with the 
desserts for the final assembly that is coming up it would be greatly 
appreciated.  We will be having desserts for the 9th graders on 
Thursday, June 2nd. starting at about 12:15 p.m. to setup and get 
everything ready.  We will be having the assembly in the gym starting at 
about 12:45 p.m.  The following is a time line of the assembly:

12:45 - 2:45 p.m. - All School Academic Awards Assembly
2:15  - 2:25 p.m. - 9th Grade Reception
2:45 - 3:15 p.m. - 9th Grade Program

Your participation in this event would be a nice way to let the students 
know how much we appreciate them.  We are looking for parents to bring 
various homemade desserts.  The following is a suggested list of items 
that you could help contribute to:

Cookies
Brownies
Bars
Rice Krispy Treats
Candies

We also need help for at least 9 people to help serve the desserts and 
handle the drinks.  If you are interested in helping out in anyway, or 
can donate any of the above items, please contact Tammy Summers at 
#883-1361 or email me at summerst@adelphia.net to acknowledge your 
participation.  Make sure and give me your name and phone number in case 
there are any problems.
