<p class="MsoNormal">The Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Leasing Committees are hosting a joint meeting on Thursday, May 29th from 10-11:30am at the upcoming RPPTL convention in Orlando. The meeting will feature a CLE presentation on ground leases with
two outstanding speakers, Art Menor and Tom Kaufman, both experts with national reputations in leasing matters. Art is a long time Executive Council member and well-known to many in the Section. Tom is a former president of the American College of Real Estate
Lawyers (ACREL), practices in the Washington, D.C. area and has extensive experience with ground leases. It will be a sophisticated discussion providing valuable insights and takeaways for those who might be involved in ground leases from time to time (whether
as landlord’s, tenant’s, or tenant’s lender’s counsel). Attend in person or via Zoom at:
