<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:7.5pt"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Florida House Bill 301, now Florida Statute 624.1055 (2020), is a game changing statutory revision allowing contribution among liability
insurers for defense costs. Prior to its passage Florida was one of only two jurisdictions that disallowed co-primary insurers from suing each other to recover defense costs. This presentation will discuss why the statue was needed, how it will work in practice,
and how other jurisdictions have handled these legal issues.<br>
