<p class="MsoNormal">At the end of the call, we asked Michael and Ashley to send us a couple of the cases (out of New Jersey and California) referenced during the call that pertain to a “delay in completion exclusion” in builder’s risk policies. Specifically,
they are Zurich American Ins. Co. v. Keating and Oceanside Pier View, L.P. v. Travelers Property Cas., and they are both in the attached PDF.
