Committee’s CLE Credits Report for our meetings and CLEs from December
2017 through our June 2018 meeting. I have not yet received back the
credits for July-September, but I expect to receive those in the
next couple of days and will recirculate an updated version of this form once I
do.  Please note that the Reference Number is what you will need to use to
self-report your credits.  When reporting the credits, you will also need
to select the date of the program, which is also listed on the form.
 Additionally, the form will also let you know what certifications (e.g.,
Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Business Litigation), in addition to general
credit, that each program will give you credit for.  Please let me know if
there are any questions or issues with entering the information.</p>
