has spoken and written numerous times on a multitude of insurance coverage topics. As you may recall, Mark successfully argued the ground breaking
<i>J.S.U.B.</i> and <i>Pozzi Window</i> cases before the Florida Supreme Court in 2007, which had national ramifications.<o:p></o:p></p>
