Good afternoon. On behalf of the RPPTL Insurance and Surety Committee, I would like to announce that tomorrow, December 4, 2025, beginning at 2:00 p.m., we will have a Joint Meeting with the Real Estate Leasing Committee.  The agenda is attached for your reference.

Notably, Robert Friedman will give a presentation on issues relating to additional insureds and commercial leasing.  Our Co-Chair, Debbie Crockett, will give an update on Insurance Coverage Board Certification.  We will also address recent cases involving Citizens arbitration and pending legislation (time permitting).
