[RPPTL ISC] No ISC Monday - Joint Meeting Thursday

[RPPTL Insurance & Surety Committee]

Happy Saturday all!

We are NOT meeting this week for our regularly scheduled meeting on Monday (President's Day) - instead please join us this week on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 2:00 - 4:00 CENTRAL TIME for the Joint Meeting of Real Estate Leasing and Insurance & Surety as part of the RPPTL Executive Council Meeting.

During that meeting, the Real Estate Leasing Committee will provide updates on Fee In Lieu of Security Deposit, Tenant Bill of Rights and Florida Supreme Court Eviction Forms.

The Insurance & Surety Committee will give a update on its Board Certification efforts and discuss an upcoming CLE on Directors and Officers Liability Insurance.

Finally, there were will be a CLE presentation on: Drafting Insurance Provisions for Commercial Leases.  This will be a discussion by Art Menor and a representative of Baldwin Risk Partners, which will be moderated by Debbie Crockett and Ryan McConnell.
