Hello Folks,

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that we are not having a meeting
today at noon.  However, we are happy to let you all know that we have a
great CLE coming up for everyone in just a couple of weeks.  On
Thursday, June 3, 2021, from 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., we will be holding a
joint meeting with our friends and colleagues in the Construction Law
Committee. This joint meeting will be held in conjunction with the
Section's Annual Convention Executive Council Meeting, and it will be a
hybrid meeting with both in-person and online attendance.

We have a great CLE planned for everyone at this joint meeting.
Arbitrators and Florida Board Certified Construction Attorneys Deborah
Mastin, Esq., and Giselle Leonardo, will be presenting on *Streamlining
Arbitration: Methods and Techniques for Efficient and Effective
Arbitrations*. This presentation will discuss mechanisms and tools
available to achieve better results for effective and efficient
arbitrations and good processes in arbitration.   It will provide the
audience with practice pointers and practical takeaways from seasoned
neutrals.  We will likely jump right into the CLE portion early on in the
meeting, so be sure to join us as close to 9:45 a.m. as possible!  And
please remember to register for the meetings as soon as the Zoom links open.
