Folks,

I hope your summer has been going well and that you all are staying safe
and healthy. As everyone prepares for kids to head back to school or sneak
in a last minute vacation, we will NOT be having a meeting today.  However,
we have a great presentation on Captive Insurance Companies coming up on
Monday September 20, 2021. Our speaker next month is F. Hale Stewart, who
has literally written the book on the subject.  And for those of you
unfamiliar with captive insurance programs, please believe me that the
topic can be quite interesting and illuminating on how contracts are
negotiated and litigated.  Hope to see you all on our call next month.
