[Liability Insurance] THIS FRIDAY - Joint ISC and CLC Meeting in Conjunction with the RPPTL Executive Council Meeting

[RPPTL Liability Insurance]

Folks,

I hope this email finds you all well.  On behalf of the Insurance & Surety
Committee, I'm happy to invite you all to a special, joint meeting with the
Construction Law Committee *this Friday, April 23, 2021, starting at 3 p.m.*
And we have a great CLE scheduled for the beginning of this meeting.
Charles Comiskey will join us to present on “Property Insurance Issues in
Lease Agreements”.  As many of you know, Mr. Comiskey, who is a Shareholder
and Sr. Vice President of Brady Chapman Holland & Associates and the
President of RiskTech, Inc., is a very well regarded national speaker on
insurance and risk management topics, and we routinely receive positive
feedback from attendees of his prior presentations.  So, we are looking
forward to another interesting and informative presentation from him, and
we hope to have all of you join us and our CLC colleagues for this joint
meeting.

Please find attached to this email the Agenda for this meeting as well as
Mr. Comiskey's presentation.  We will start off our joint meeting with the
CLE presentation shortly after we *begin at 3 p.m.*  After his
presentation, we'll move into Committee business and related discussions.

*Please note* that since this meeting is in conjunction with the RPPTL
Section's Executive Council meeting, in order to attend, *you will need to
