Folks,

First and foremost, I hope all of you and your families are staying healthy and safe out there.  And we thank you for taking the time to join us for today's Insurance & Surety Committee Meeting conference call.

As you know, our Committee call is scheduled for today, Monday, May 18, 2020 - beginning at Noon (Eastern).  And we have a great presentation lined up for you.  Eric Gold and Stephen Asay, attorneys with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, out of their Washington D.C. office.  They will be giving their presentation titled "Construction Insurance 101: Builders Risk".  During that presentation, they will dive into all of the major elements of Builders Risk policies as well as touch upon some key perils and best practices. Mr. Gold and Mr. Asay have in-depth experience analyzing and resolving insurance coverage and commercial construction disputes on behalf of corporate policyholders. And they have handled numerous claims involving commercial general liability, builders risk, professional liability, subcontractor default, business interruption, and other policies.

Attached for Monday's call are the following: (1) the agenda for today's meeting; (2) meeting minutes from our April 20, 2020 meeting; and (3) a PDF of their PowerPoint for the CLE Presentation.
