Insurance coverage for construction defects … under a homeowner’s policy?? An examination of Sebo v. American Home Assurance Co. Inc., 208 So. 3d 694 (Fla. 2016) from trial to today, including Florida’s Concurrent Cause Doctrine, Anti-Concurrent Causation provisions, remand to the trial court, and lessons learned along the way.

Debbie Sines Crockett, Esq., is a shareholder with the law firm of Cheffy Passidomo, P.A. located in Tampa, Florida, and she concentrates in the areas of insurance coverage and construction litigation.
