Folks,

Attached for your reference are the cases that will be discussed in today's
Case Law Update, during our call at Noon.

*Jones v. Federated Nat'l Ins. Co.*, which is a 4th DCA case applying *Sebo
II* and overruling the trial court's application of the efficient proximate
cause doctrine in jury instructions.

*Lexon Ins. Co v. City of Cape Coral*, discusses the proper application of
statute of limitations to actions on a surety bond in a public construction
context.

*Rabil v. Seaside Builders*, which is a lien transfer bond case out of the
4th DCA.

*Whynes v. American Sec. Ins. Co.*, which is a 4th DCA case interpreting
Florida Statute Section 626.951(1)(d)'s anti solicitation provision in the
context of "force-placed insurance."
